Usability refers to how 'easy-to-use' something is (going from an actual object to a computer screen). One of the usability gurues is Dr. Jacob Nielsen. Several years ago I had the opportunity to attend to the David Allen's "Getting Things Done (GTD) Seminar".
The innovative method to manage projects and activities is simple and has been very valuable for my professional life. With a curious mind, my favorite tip has been the use of lists (specially "Someday/Maybe" and the concept of do the list items 'as soon as possible' (which sometimes is in 2 hours, 1 day, 2 weeks ...)
